Kenneth WH Ho

Kenneth WH HO is an economist, educator and enterprise development consultant.

His career included over 10 years of service at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore, where he served as Economic Specialist for the U.S. Department of State, and Commercial Specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce where he was recognized for promoting U.S. education exports. He also served as Economist for DBS Bank; Market Planning Analyst for ESSO; and Head of Sales & Marketing for Copthorne King’s Hotel.

In 2005, Mr Ho left corporate employment to become an enterprise development consultant to U.S. education clients in a market territory spanning nine Asia-Pacific economies: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore. His clientele included the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (Executive Education), the University of Dayton, Saint Joseph’s University, Santa Monica College, the Congressional Youth Leadership Council, the National Youth Leadership Forum, International Scholar Laureate Program, LeadAmerica, Envision and Taylor’s University. He also established professional contact with the Association of Jesuit Colleges & Universities (United States) and Georgetown University when he was with the U.S. Embassy.

Mr Ho was Adjunct Professor for The William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration, The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (Singapore campus) between 2008-2010. He also teaches for the University at Buffalo, State University of New York – Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) program. He had previously taught in undergraduate and graduate programs run by the University of London, Loughborough University, Curtin University and the University of Bradford. In 2014, he established “Economics Campus” to provide executive education programs in Economics for working adults and “True Economist” to produce economic research, advisory and consulting services to corporate clients.

Mr Ho is a certified instructor in de Bono thinking systems. In October 2005, he was certified personally by Dr Edward de Bono. He trained senior corporate executives of multinational companies and public listed companies as well as senior public sector officers. He currently sits on the Board of Management and the Academic Board of the Catholic Theological Institute of Singapore.

Mr Ho served in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for his national service. He won the best Military Police trainee award and was appointed Regimental Sergeant-Major (Reservist) of an air defence squadron. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of London. He also completed an Executive Hotel Management program conducted by Cornell University. Mr Ho is married with two sons and he serves as Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at the Roman Catholic Cathedral of the Good Shepherd.


David Ho

David is an Associate in PwC’s consulting practice in Perth, Western Australia. David has diverse experience in a range of business sectors in Australia encompassing Government, Higher Education, Financial Services, Insurance, Health and IT enterprises.

David is a trained economist with experience in econometric modelling, analysis and public policy implications, and has published research papers dealing with such issues, including an honours thesis on dynamic interactions between real estate and equity markets in Australia.

David holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Western Australia (UWA), and was awarded the C.A. Vargovic Memorial Scholarship during his time at UWA.
